Hi everyone:
I had a chance to think about why autistics and so many other neurodivergent individuals face bullying in the work place. First of all, most people who bully have issues with insecurity. Most insecure people have figured out to how mask those insecurities such as not bringing their problems to work. Second, those insecure people also have issues with being passive aggressive. All the while, along with come with our direct communications which make us probably seem more confident and probably full of ourselves.
