In my son's school, there's a kid named Ron. Everyone calls him Ronald Reagan. I'm constantly hearing about Ronald Reagan's exploits.
"You won't believe what Ronald Reagan did in the bathroom today."

i have a nephew named brad. when he was little, we were in a restaurant together, and little brad piped up with his menu request [he was precocious], and the waiter didn't pay him any mind. when the waiter walked away, brad yelled "YOU BASTARD!!" [this was after he heard my dad using similar language talking about somebody else]

When I was young and we got our inground swimming pool, we had a little neighbour named CD who was about four. You could see a bit through the slats in the wooden fence. He used to walk back and forth on his side of the fence calling out to my dad: "Sure is a nice pool you've got there, Mr Linton. Sure looks like fun to swim in that pool, Mr Linton. Sure is hot today, Mr Linton. Sure do loving swimming, Mr Linton ....."
I can still hear his little voice.

When I was a kid and we had to write a letter to Santa at school each year and all the letters were published in the local small town newspaper.
I remember about 3rd grade when one of my classmates wrote something to the effect of: "We don't have a chimney so you will have to bust the door down."
