If four of my grandsons is high functioning autistic, are all they more likely to have conceive boys?

It seems to correlate, but not perfectly so.

I doubt it. I've never heard anything about autists making excess y-chromosome sperm.

Well, are they more likely to conceive all boys, all girls or vice versa?

They will probably conceive girls and boys at the same rate as everyone else because autism has no effect on sperm.

Well, then they would have a bunch of boys!

I'm not sure what you are trying to ask. Sometimes people have only boys, yes. Sometimes they have only girls. It's random.

How is it 50/50 for them?

50% of sperm carry an X chromosome that results in girl babies, and 50% of sperm carry a Y chromosome that makes a boy baby.

Autistic people make sperm and eggs just like everyone else, so they make girl and boy babies just like everyone else.

Male sperm swims faster but lives for a shorter period of time.
Female sperm swims more slowly but lives longer (up to 3-4 days, sometimes).

Therefore it depends when the woman ovulates in relation to conception.
There are other factors too, like the woman's PH levels.

Is it a possibility that they conceive those with X chromosomes?

I don't know what you are trying to ask. If they have all girls, then they can buy a lot of pretty dresses and paint the nursery pink, if they want to. If they have all boys, they can paint it blue. But children are wonderful whether girls or boys.

If someone have all grandsons, what options are for them if I don’t have granddaughters of their own?
