Though I am an avid gamer who owns and plays many consoles, the Nintendo 64 is definitely my favorite. The system, though lacking in third party support because of Nintendo's decision to stick with cartridges, some of the best games of all time were made for this console, such as Super Mario 64, GoldenEye 007, Donkey Kong 64, and Paper Mario. There are too many classics to list, however. I am definitely a retro gamer, and the 64 was my first console, which I received on my fifth birthday and still own. The NES, SNES, and Genesis would come close after the N64.
N64 <3
I played that console to death. Zelda: OOT and Duke Nukem 64 were my most played games. Anyone who has ever owned a N64 and not played OOT must have something wrong with them.
Quite a classic game. I've played virtually, if not every, first party game for the N64. Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong.
Mario Party was another of my favorites, though I typically played single player (I'm a loner of sorts) unless relatives were over. It took me an indiscriminate amount of time to find everything in DK64. My childhood in a box, my 64 is...I remember the first time I put DK64 into it...nostalgia
