From the newer ones, I really like Super Paper Mario for the Wii, the 3D is a bit cruddy but it's still a really fun game that's really tricky. The Galaxy one is good too.
My favourite older games are Super Mario 3 and Super Mario World, both on the SNES

Oh, I forgot about Mario Party and Mario Kart! Those are two of my favourites as well My mom, sister, her wife and I play Mario Party and Mario Kart all the time, so I like all the family time those two games bring.

Mario World on the SNES, 'cause I could play all three of the original games. I also love Ario Kart(SNES) didn't much care for 64, I don't do joysticks well.

The only 64 game I actually liked was Tennis.... but not for the reasons yuo's think... unless they involve playing with Peach and Daisy... *snickering"

Super Mario All-Stars on SNES was probably my favourite way back then. I would've played it so much, it became limited to how much I could play back when I was 6 (I think). 3 games in 1, but I tend to remember playing Super Mario World more and no doubt is it in my top 3.

As with modern games, I got New Super Mario Bros Wii. No regrets there! I don't play Mario Kart Wii much at the moment.

I still hold a soft spot for Super Mario Bros 2--yes, the Doki Doki Panic game.

It's just so different from the rest of them, yet has added a lot of lore to the Mario games.

Birdo comes to mind.

Mario RPG and Mario Bros 3 were my favorites. Galaxy is the best 3D one.

I'm hooked on Mario Bros Wii now, and it's great - good puzzles and new designs - but I think it could've used more, like a level editor, online mode, or more worlds (double the usual 8, maybe? )
