I must say, PaRappa the Rapper is the work of Satan! He's so weird and scary! He looks like a Hello Kitty character gone gangster and wrong!

I'm not sure if this counts, but I've never liked that guy in the Pokemon cartoon that never opens his eyes.

That Volus in Mass Effect 2 who "smells his own greatness..."

Dath Malak from SW: KotoR (the guy has NO JAW)

The corrupted scientist from DOOM 3.

The Necrons from Dawn of War ("We will gladly return to our graves once we have put you into yours.").

I couldn't stand that kid in Twilight Princess who always rode on you. I returned the game to the store because it bothered me so much.

Tingle from Zelda (majora's mask) might bea good choice, what is not freaky about a middle aged man floating around on a large baloon dressed in a creepy green outfit saying he is a fairy, yet you need to talk the guy.

The Big Sisters can sometimes have the effect on me in Bioshock 2, a screech pierces the ears bluring vision, has strength very outmatching a Big Daddy but in a lighter faster form.

Lord Saddler - Resident Evil 4: Maybe it's the creepy hooded robe, the alarmingly posh, yet spooky voice or the fact that he heads up a wacko cult in the middle of rural Europe with plans for the President's Daughter, he still creeps me out.

The Scarecrow - Batman: Arkham Asylum: The sack-cloth gas mask, the noose around his neck, those big yellow eyes and the glove with hypodermic needles for fingers = Scary!

Oh yeah, idk how I forgot this. But pretty much all charaters in metal gear solid freak me out. Like the colonel in MGS2 or Laughing Octopus from MGS4.

Can't think of any. The creepier the character the more I'm drawn to it generally.

I fear Genshin in Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 as that guy is a monster with a katana. I dread fighting that guy every time... and you have to fight him like 3 or 4 times in that entire game. WHY CAN'T HE JUST DIE WHEN I IZUNA DROP HIM!?

I just posted Genshin becuz he's the only character that has actually scared me in a game out of true fear. He's much scarier than he looks lol

I suppose since everyone seems to be talking about characters that are atmospherically freaky... Haunting Ground for the PS2 was full of creeps. You play as a teenage girl trapped in a mansion with no powers other than hiding under beds and getting panic attacks, and there's a very large tarded back woods type guy who hunts you screaming "Dolly!". That game gives me chills.

I remember when I was younger and the Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask came I played it none stop and I was having a good time until I got to Ikana Canyon.

It was filled to the brim of things I was terrified of at the time undead.

The cherry on top of the experience was when I learned the song Eulogy of Emptiness.

The description of the song was to create a soldier without a heart.

So after I learned the melody I was shocked to see this staring back at me.
