I know most these games are old

But does anyone play
Rune factory? Disagea? Harvest moon? Story of seasons? Namco tales? Atelier?

I love the Tales series. I played Symphonia Chronicles, Xillia, Xillia 2, of the Abyss and Graces f. Loved all of them.
I'm not too much into those "farm manager" games, but some time ago I was completely hooked by Rune Factory 4 on the 3DS. I can't even explain why but the interaction with the citizens, the crafting system and the "simple but fun" combat system costed me some huge amount of hours.
Oh, and there's a game called PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons which is a crossover of Harvest Moon With PoPoLoCrois that is coming for 3DS and that somehow managed to get me interested in it. I'm not even sure how but it seem to have such a chill and adventurous atmosphere and if it also have a fun combat system I might play it.

I used to not like farming games, but I kinda of grew into them. I love all tales games, even the unpopular ones xillia 2 and dawn of the new world. Tales of zestiria is the first tales game I'm not into.

I played rf4 so much. I'm shocked it still working.

oh I absolutely LOVE the Tales games, Harvest Moon ( well most of them...I hated the PS2 Save the Homeland version and I'm not that into the Rune Factory spin-offs ) and Disgaea ( 1 of the primary reason we're getting a PS4 is Disgaea 5 )! BTW, Story of Seasons is Harvest Moon ( the title is a more direct translation of the series' Japanese name ) and as I mentioned above, Rune Factory is a spin-off of Harvest Moon...fun little bit of trivia there.

I logged a lot of hours in Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life.
I haven't found a Harvest Moon game since then that I enjoyed as much as that one.
I recently tried Harvest Moon a New beginning on 3DS and for the longest time there where only three people in my town to interact with and they were just broken records. Are the new Story of Seasons games good?

I loved the original Harvest Moon on the SNES. I'm currently trying to get into some of the sequels.

Currently working my way through HM2 GBC at work, I'm just a few weeks away from year 3.

I gave up on the first HM GBC, it was super lame (and even more lame in black & white!)
