My skyrim is tripping balls, lol, why?

My skyrim has lost its mind and is spawning random stuff everywhere, so far I have found a book in a fire, a dead khajiit with tons of gold and items that I sold and dead dragons spawning everywhere. Here is Mirmulnir that spawned outside of whiterun, why is this happening?



I am playing with about 44 mods but I have played with these mods before without much trouble, any idea whats causing this? Could my load order be off? Also I am kinda doing something experimental and am playing inside of accelerated virtual machine on Linux with PCI passthrough, could this cause trouble? I have allocated 16 GBs of my 32 GBs to the virtual machine.

Its not really game breaking, in fact its kinda lol.

This is actually more fun than regular Skyrim, maybe I don't want to fix it

I just hope it doesn't cause the game to crash, I was in a tavern and got attacked by a dragon that flew through the walls and rammed me out of bounds and I started to fall indefinitely through the map. I exited the game before it had a chance to crash and reloaded, I managed to get the random dragon encounter to trigger outside the tavern. I did find out whats causing the dead dragons outside of Whiterun..... kinda, it appears any dragon I kill in the game reappears outside of Whiterun for some reason. I really don't know how running this in a virtual machine could cause this but I noticed on the Linux side, the terminal running qemu fills full of errors when loading Skyrim. Perhaps something is haywire in the memory, I guess this type of experimental virtual machine isn't prefect, Nvidia Geforce Experience has trouble running as well. Strange, Grand Theft Auto V, Dragon Age, and Call of Duty all run fine in this environment.

The obvious answer is.... Sheogorath.
