No, swine engorge themselves. Swine are those at the top. Those on the bottom are vultures, they fight for what scraps they can get.

Marie Antoinette wasn't a bad person. She just couldn't relate to the people because she was raised in luxury. Like...um...almost everyone holding office in Washington.
