If "right" means that it conveys the meaning it's supposed to, then yes. But going beyond that, no. If you have problems understanding what I am saying, that's one issue, but it isn't just a matter of the words I use at a given point. You can say the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you mean and still be understood without people even blinking. In fact, it happens all the time.
