Of course Obama is such a pretty President, and that's the most important thing. Never mind his corrupt politics, his refusal to listen to voters that don't buy his lies or the fact he's so incompetent one would expect Forrest Gump could run mental circles around him.

But at least he's not fat. That's the worst thing he could be, right?

/sarcasm

Seriously, grow the f**k up.

And in his next act, he will turn around and tell us how Chris Christie is the greatest traitor since Judas and he sunk the Romney campaign on purpose by even being in the same state as Obama after Sandy.

No, I don't let media outlets create an opinion for me. That's what liberals do.

I'm saying that it isn't right for people to make fat jokes at Chris Christie. Of course, I have no power to stop them. So I would ask them to so on the grounds of morality and decorum. In that mocking someone in such a manner is needlessly hurtful and completely uncouth.

What I had forgotten is that liberals do not place any value on such concepts.

BTW, you can go back to watch MSNBS whenever you want. I won't say anything. Although I will point out that Chris Matthews was gratified that 30 people died in a hurricane to assure Obama's re-election.

Just something to consider, which you won't.

And you show us your manners and decorum by turning a defense of Chris Christies weight into an attack on Obama. The election is over, you lost. Get over yourself.

Is Christie a religious nut that forces his religion down the throats of others?

Is he willing to steal from the poor under the guise of "job creation" and "trickle-down" economics?

If not, the GOP will screw him out of the nomination just like they did Gary Johnson and Ron Paul.

The Democrats and Republicans control the elections, so that will never happen.

As a fat bastard myself, I can make fun of someone else for being fat without it reflecting badly on me - so there.
As for liberals mocking others for physical differences, I might remind you that conservatives have gotten caught doing the same thing, but more often than not regarding race. Case in point, when the current governor of (I think it's) Virginia - who is an Indian American - was running for, office, one of the redneck state legislators - a fellow Republican - had said, "We already have a rag head in the White House; we don't need another in the state house." While just days ago, Bill O'Reilly had said the reason why Obama had won was because the American electorate was no longer "the white majority," and now was made up of people who only wanted things from the government - his racism was barely concealed. I could come up with other examples, but dinner's almost ready, and you know us fat guys and dinner...
As for Chris Mathews - yes, he had said that deplorable thing, but he also apologized for it the very next day. Let's see O'Reilly apologize for his racist slam on the American public.

Probably none of his classmates predicted that he would eventually grow to be so fat.

Even Rush Limbaugh thinks that Gov. Christie is fat.

http://seattle98.wordpress.com/2011/10/ ... an-voters/

Quote:
Republicans are a large bunch, if you get what we mean. When Teabaggers sit around the house, they literally sit around the 3,800-square-foot foreclosed tract house, in Florida. The latest advances in physics are repeatedly tested by the makers of Hoverounds and Rascals, as the wee scooters are expected to carry ever heavier loads.

So there hasn’t been a lot of political speculation regarding the Jabba the Hutt-esque physique of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. After all, if two-thirds of Americans are already overweight or obese, then it would seem Christie has a huge built-in constituency.

But in an effort to avoid writing about the Wall Street protests now spreading across the nation like a Sam’s Club 12-pack of Velveeta on a Family Size sack of Tostitos in the microwave, the nation’s pundits finally had to “go there” and write about how Chris Christie is too f*****g fat to be president, because he’s about to fall over and die, due to fatness.

***

The Los Angeles Times reports: Straight-talking New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is a portly guy — and has spoken publicly in the past about his struggles with the scale. Now that he might be a contender for Republican nominee for president, other people are speaking publicly about his weight, too, and what impact it might have on his electability next November.

Washington Post columnist Eugene Robinson wrote that the governor needed to lose weight for his (and the country’s) health. Others complained that an inability to lose weight was a sort of failure of character.

Michael Kinsley kind of skipped all the BS and went straight to the point: Look, I’m sorry, but New Jersey Governor Chris Christie cannot be president: He is just too fat.

Is Gov. Christie even wearing a swimsuit in this photo?

a president needs to be healthy enough to have a low chance of dying of of some disease process while in office. there are relatively few people of christie's size who are that healthy. gov. christie is morbidly obese, technically speaking. the biggest favor he could do himself [and by extension his party] would be to lose 100# at least, before the next presidential election season.

It's funny that Republicans should accuse Christie of costing Romney the election. In fact, by demonstrating that he can work civilly with the President from the opposite party - and even strike up a friendship - he very well may ultimately have saved his own political career as he avoided being pulled down by the whirlpool created by Romney's sinking ship.
