Maybe in some cases. But, I suspect that the harm done to girls by men is greater (on average) than the harm done to heterosexual boys by hawt, randy women.

At least in boys, there is no hymen to tear. And, in standard heterosexual encounters, the boy is not being penetrated, nor having an orifice filled with semen.
