To everybody: Who would you vote for in the Election?

If every vote is counted as the ballot was cast and everyone who is qualified to vote gets to vote if he/she wishes to, how can the vote be "skewed". Do you count the vote "skewed" if it does not come out the way you want?

Everyone getting to vote is not the same as their vote getting counted.
Do you have proof that will stand up in court that some elections are fixed?
O.K. Which ones. When and where. And present your evidence. It has to be bona fide legally qualified evidence otherwise you are just blowing hot air.

Easy, friend. I was saying they weren't the same thing. I never said anything about it happening.
Take America out of the picture though and you'll find it happens in other countries. Zimbabwe, Egypt, Russia etc.
Besides, if we're going to talk about it on your level (everywhere and everything is America), I cannot prove voting fraud no more than you can disprove it. Therefore we have only our own faith on the matter to go by, and we should agree to disagree. Before you expand on this further I am not a US citizen and have no bias towards either of the 2 main parties or an independent. There was one particular election, though, which I think was head turner in voting...2000.
As stated before it is a personal belief, however, I was open to suggestions and new ideas. I meant it in a "discussion format", not an "I am right and you are wrong, now prove yourself" type of format. The lack of transparency in the handling of the 2000 election is what did it for me. I was pretty apathetic to that election, so it had nothing to do with who I wanted to win being contingent upon whether or not I thought the vote was manipulated or "skewed." (actually my entire family wanted Bush to win in the 2000 elections). My mind tends to be pretty black or white which is why I earnestly push myself to see the truths somewhere in the middle. We cannot rule out the possibility that within the entire history of the United State, the elections could have been fixed. Considering the digital age we live in, anything is possible. I think the introduction of the DREs was probably a mistake. Something we also have to look at is who is supplying the DREs and prior to that who supplied the punch cards. Sequoia Voting Systems has been determined as having faulty security systems for quite some time and carelessly supplied poor quality punch card ballots (production workers were told by management to ignore the issues) in 2000 for Palm Beach County.. which caused all of those ridiculous "hanging chad" controversy. Because of that they moved on to the DREs which have, again, already proved to have major security issues. I again, personally, just do not believe in the strength of voting anymore, and it is a personal belief in the flaws of the system.

I like Ron Paul. I know there were some racist stories about him and all, but we don't really know the whole story, so I will reserve judgement on that one. For the most part, he seems pretty honest and straightforward, and I think he would probably stick to what he believes in. The one thing that concerns me, is that he wants to get rid of (federal) regulations, which is the way things should be in an ideal world, but I don't think this will work in the real world, at least not at this time.
Also, I don't really think one person in government, or anyplace else for that matter, is gonna be able to fix everything that it wrong with our country. It will take everybody working together to do this.
