Every time I look at that picture of that dumb cow pointing that AK around (loaded for all we know) it makes me think of this clip from "The Pacific".

I thought that the army was supposed to be homophobic during the 20th century? Here he is, threatening to sodomize the guy, in front of plenty of witnesses. Imagine if he had spoken that way to a lady soldier. He would have been punished for that behaviour.

Army?
This was a movie about the U.S. Marine Corps in the Pacific campaign. The USMC emblems should have been a dead giveaway.
I see I have my work cut out for me.....

BTW, the US military is still what you would call homophobic regardless of current official policy on the matter.
