Arab and Muslim countries should block entry to all Americans, and deport all American citizens who are working here already.

Let's see if this will be good for your economy.

It is also time to start demanding to take out your military deployments and air bases out of their countries.

If that escalates then it's also only fair to shut down all US embassies in the Middle East and North Africa.

Progressive ideals are about fairness, not civility. Regressive ideals are about mindlessly following tradition and tribalistic instincts (and yes, extreme capitalism and inequality are considered "tradition" to Murican regressives).
