It's so funny listening to him whine about Megyn Kelly asking him about his insults towards women. Apparently, she thought it was a good question but he thought it was not. He wonders why he was the only one asked that and it's most likely because he's the one that made a nuisance out of himself by responding to that big mouthed bully Rosie O'donnell and by saying dumb things to women on his television shows.

Quote:
Megyn Kelly challenged Donald Trump on some of his past derogatory comments about women.

She said Trump has called women he dislikes "fat pigs" and "slobs" in the past.

"Only Rosie O'Donnell," Trump responded to laughter and applause.

Kelly said that "for the record, it was well beyond Rosie O'Donnell," noting that once Trump told a contestant on "The Apprentice" that it "would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees."

I guess Kelly is in the process of redeeming herself for that ridiculous interview with Jill and Jessa Duggar.

Pretty much every question asked of Trump was a direct attack and this was after they decided to personally trim the field, FNC was deliberately trying to sink his campaign and that is not what a professional news organization is suppose to do especially one that fancies itself "fair and balanced". Compare the questions asked of Jeb Bush to Donald, its clear who they want to push. It's pretty sad since if they just asked Trump normal questions then he would of exposed himself for what he is and maybe people would look for other options but the powers that be aren't going to chance it. You can tell Trump scares the living hell out of these people, he's airing the dirty laundry. It's all propaganda, democracy is dead.

The elite want Jeb or Hillary to be president, they could maybe tolerate Marco Rubio or Scott Walker but they hedge their bet. Big money, Wall Street, they can't lose. Do you think they cared who won between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama? Hell no, whatever happens they profit.

That would be true but remember - Donald Trump IS the elite! He's not some backwoods bumpkin governor like President Clinton. He's a sophisticated, high stakes, big city, elitist Daddy Warbucks so it's not like they have a reason to bash him. Megyn Kelly was just trying to score points with women after being heavily scorned for that absolute farce of an interview with the two Duggar girls. It's all about redemption and the only one she had dirt on was him so she took the opportunity to raise her ratings with the gals at his expense. The Republicans do not have it in for Trump. Why would they? He's one of them. He's in the boy's club. His net worth is 4 billion. That's as Repuplican as you can get!

Trump isn't your typical candidate, he's running essentially as non-political strongman who because his wealth can operate outside the corrupted political system and constraints of the oppressive political correctness that frames all of our debates. In some sense I think he is reminiscent of Putin when he took over Russia as the people desired a strongman to wrestle the country back from the oligarchs who had arisen from their economic collapse in the 90s. I think Trump's popularity is echoing the hopelessness of an individual working class person in affecting real change in a political system dominated the ultra rich and powerful, the people that support Trump feel that he's a powerful ally who will go to battle and win against powerful forces. Our "choices" that we've been told are realistic are most likely going to be Hillary Clinton or Jeb Bush and they've been pounding this into our heads for more than 10 years now, there is no discernible difference just as there was none between Obama and Romney. The narrative is controlled by the media who keeps the focus on stupid superficial social wedge issues while glancing over the trillions that have been stolen from us and the rampant corruption that is inherent thru all levels of government.

Trump is right when he says he single handedly changed the discussion about illegal immigration, he hit a vein on something that is extremely important to GOP primary and the working class in the general that the establishment of both parties are massively out of step with on this particular issue. All they can talk about is amnesty and streamlining it but nobody talks about the negative consequences. FWIW, even pinko Bernie Sanders is against open borders since it erodes the quality of life for American workers by allowing unlimited cheap labor to big business. They never have to raise wages and increase benefits if they can just hire some desperate third worlder to do it for pennies on the dollar, with the H-1B visas I believe they're even allowed to leave their job lest they want to be deported so it is essentially slavery.

I wish Rand Paul was more like his father, Ron was a rock that you could count on to always be honest and to not be beholden to money or politics who never pandered or abandoned his principles. Rand's debate wasn't bad, I liked his defence of the 4th Amendment and he showed at least some fire that he has lost during this campaign. Megyn Kelly had actually asked a very similar question to the one she asked Trump about women to Rand Paul not too long ago and Rand has never said anything in the same ballpark as Trump in that regard, the point of it is to shut them down and shut them up. Rand submitted and Trump laughed it off. She is essentially an actress, just a barbie doll weather girl reading a script with no independent thought of her own besides the one given to her. Fox News women creep me out in general, remind me of the Stepford Wives.

The whole concept that Trump is a political outsider is hokum. This entitled brat is a symptom of, not a cure for, the problems in our political system. And as far as he being asked tough questions, he chose to run, and then he ran off at the mouth. Who's fault is that?

Jacoby,
You are naively optimistic! You believe Trump won't resort to crooney-ism just because his net worth is so high but if he does become president, you can bet that will be exactly what he does! He will be a president for the 1 percenters. This act he puts on, it's the equivalent of a Roman Circus and he is successfully fooling his devoted followers who only want to hear him bash political correctness which is essentially a non issue. You heard it from his own mouth after the debate. He strongly resented lack of substantial questions during the debate and bemoaned, in typical resentful fashion, other candidates got meaningful questions while he got nothing but political correctness crap but he himself is the one who makes a huge issue out of that so why does he act so surprised? It's called k-a-r-m-a!

You have this notion of him as a candid outsider but that is NOT what he is. He plays up his obnoxious personality to feed the disgruntled who always want to mouth off and say whatever pops into their grey matter regardless of the costs just because they feel entitled to be rude and thoughtless but if you turn it around on Trump, much like Megyn Kelly did, he runs with his tail between his legs! Better not dare do the same thing to him! That is so normal for people that go on and on about something...they want to be the only ones who do it while no one else is allowed to turn the tables on them, so they can be obnoxious and overbearing at the extent of everyone else! Look at his nemesis, Rosie O'donnell. who is like the female version of him. Since they were both raised yankee and elite, they just want to mouth off at all times and bully everyone around. Rosie doesn't whine as much when she gets called out though. Since Trump is the carnival barker, he has fooled the public into falsely thinking of him as an outsider but in reality, he is a big mouthed, entitled, egotistical one percenter who feels he and his croonies are the ones who should be doing all the yapping and bossing of everyone in this country and that is their ultimate goal. Control for themselves. They feel the most qualified since they were born up north with great wealth. No one else knows as much or is as worthy as them.

As far as Hillary goes, don't be so sure she will secure the nomination. She isn't that popular with the masses.

Also what the hell was up with the question literally asking if they had personally spoken to God about running for president, like seriously? The whole debate was a joke, the questions, the moderators, the format, the GOP field, Fox News.

They're pushing Carly Fiorina right now, one of the worst CEOs in modern American history who has spent the last 10 years as a professional talking head for the neocon establishment which apparently along with being a woman most importantly makes her qualified to be the leader of the "free" world. She apparently won the fake predebate debate or so the MSM media would like us to believe, I watched it and she was prepared and didn't stumble in her delivery but that doesn't constitute winning to me. It's the ideas, the policies, she's fails tremendously in tho policy other than Rand Paul right now and even he leaves a lot to be desired when compared to his father in this regard. Rand has consistently for years now been one of if not the best polling Republican candidate versus Hillary Clinton and leads her currently in the polls in several swing states that Obama had won. He's the only Republican trying to expand the base and he should be commended for that but the MSM is starting to do what they did to his father and just pretend his candidacy doesn't exist, he got less than 5 minutes to speak on Thursday at the debate which was the fewest of all candidates and was only asked I believe 1 or 2 questions while Trump got twice the speaking time. I think Rand is the best candidate for the general especially when he doesn't have to pander to the batshit faction of the GOP.

The rest of this Republican field isn't serious, does the establishment really think the crop of losers they dug up this time has any realistic chance at winning in the general? They seriously had Scott Walker, Marco Rubio, and John Kasich who are three establishment favorites tripping over each other to say they opposed all abortion with no exceptions even in cases of rape or the life of the mother and that life begins at conception. You know I'm very pro-life but this even more extreme position is wholly confusing for the establishment candidates to be taking considering how it will play in the general election, it reeks of a desperate attempt to try wrangle back the rebelling conservative base. They all want war with Iran, most of them seem to want to send troops back to Iraq and then possibly Syria as well, they're literally talking about starting a world war. Rick Perry does Bush better than Jeb, his stupid glasses just make me laugh when I see him.

The problem with Donald Trump is that he's never held office and therefor has no voting or decision record for the voter to use as a measuring stick. Other than hot air and promises, if a candidate has no voting record and a history of bills they've sponsored, supported, or opposed then there is no indicator of what they will do if elected.

As much as I disdain career politicians, at least with them you have a better indicator of where they stand on the issues by past acts while in office.

Would I vote for Trump if he actually gets that far? (he won't)
Depends on who he's running against. To me it's a matter of which one I see as being the lesser evil. I have no illusions about any of them actually being any good.

Don't misinterpret my analysis as supporting Trump's candidacy, I just sympathize with certain aspect of it and am enjoying the show but Trump is the very definition of a non-serious candidate. Is Trump actually this person or is it just character? I honestly don't know. I am curious as to what him and Bill Clinton talked about when they spoke before Trump entering the race, the conspiracy minded think it is dirty tricks by the Clinton's since Hillary is almost as unpopular as Trump and not a viable candidate against someone semi-credible. It's impossible not to see the parallel between 2016 and 1992, it's possible Hillary could steal the White House with significantly less than the majority of the vote. Sexual predator Bill Clinton won in 1992 with 43% of the vote while Ross Perot taking 18% or so away from H.W. There should be two elections, you should have to break 50% +1 to be elected president of the US and if nobody makes that in the 1st round have a run off between the two candidates but that would take a constitutional amendment at this point. Remember that there are a significant amount of people that don't vote so that 43% is more like 25% maybe when you count everyone.

I still support Rand Paul as the best GOP nominee, I don't think he'll win at this point unfortunately so I will probably end up voting Libertarian Party again if I bother to get out to the polls at all which I probably will but only because I care about legalizing marijuana rather than who wins between Tweedledee and Tweedledum.

As for Hillary not winning the Democratic nomination, it's possible but unlikely. The DNC exerts a lot more control over their nominating process than the GOP, the Clinton's have total loyalty from the party establishment and will have a huge advantage in superdelegates which account at least in 2008 for 20% of the total delegates. Bernie Sanders is not a serious candidate, he won't win and the DNC would never allow him to even he it was remotely possible.

Joe Biden looks to be getting in the race, he doesn't poll particularly well but maybe that would change once he begins campaigning and gets to be on the debate stage with her. Nobody can say Biden doesn't have the resume, he trumps Hillary's easily but I think even more importantly is that Biden is a likable ordinary guy who can connect with everyday citizens. It's impossible not to sympathize with him as a human being, he's lived a life of unbelievable peaks and valleys. He needs to enter the race, he might not win but he's the only one that can break the firewall that Clinton has built around her nomination and then maybe somebody more viable could come along who knows. Biden would force her to take clear policy positions which is she is totally avoiding right now, she doesn't take Bernie Sanders and any of the other challengers seriously at all. They talk about Trump not having substance, what about Hillary? She refuses to even comment on TPP or the Keystone Pipeline.

Thing about Hillary is, she's not very popular so she might not even win the candidacy.

Donald Trump, if he gets on the GOP ticket, will do for the GOP what Hillary Clinton will do for Democrats.

If that happens, I'm going sneak across the Canadian border and totally skip the election.

Trump's not going to be any worse than anyone else so I won't be fleeing. All of them are pretty much the same. There isn't going to be a lot of easy answers in the future, which is what a lot of people unrealistically expect. The human population will keep it's massive expansion with every generation while resources on this planet dwindle. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out there will be major problems and no politician will wave a magic wand or produce the magic bullet to fix it because such nonsense doesn't exist. Humans need to learn to face reality and to think, become aware, and to not be programmed.

It was a dog and pony show.

Mostly dogs and a one trick pony.

Only The Donald stepped out with a firm plan as President,
I will deport the illegals and build a wall to gain border control.

It is not impossible, Ike did it after WWII. Operation Wetback, he sent the army out with trucks, proof of citizenship or get on the truck. Next stop the other side of the border. Due Process is for people who are here legally.

Leaders are not politically correct, Putin's response to Obama's demands for rainbow flags in Moscow was, we have a greater atomic defense than all the west combined. He summed up the Russian view as, "The bear does not ask permission."

Obama's activist actions in the South China Sea lead to China building up and militarizing several islands in the Spratlys. Besides that, China told him to stop interfering in China's domestic policies, and stop violating China's airspace. Obama claims it is not Chinese, but American allies have built up other islands in the Spratlys. China supported it's claim just as others have done. Obama is making threats he cannot backup.

Russia and the EU agreed to the government of Ukraine resigning, and an election held to elect a new one. Obama, with Hillary at State, staged a Coup, said F*ck the EU, and Russia, the Crimea Navel Base is now ours!

The result, Crimea is Russia, the east has broken away, 6-8,000 dead, and private Nazi armies fighting for control, as the economy dissolves. Also sanctions have cost the EU some $30 Billion. The IMF is loaning money to pay past debts, which Ukraine can never repay.

These are Deals, and if The Donald was this kind of fraud and liar, no one would do business with him.

The Donald has also put forward a plan to put a one time Tax on Assets, 14.2%, pay off the National Debt, demand a pay as you go government, that has my vote. It would abolish the Federal Reserve System, abolish Interest Payments, and increase the value of the Dollar more than 14.2%.

Everyone wins except The Federal Reserve, Wall Street, and to big to fail Banks. It would be like putting salt on Leaches.

Next comes a National Bank that issues US Dollars.

The Donald has been the one with big and proven ideas. The Political Class could just as well work for Fox News.
It is a proven fact they work for the leaches.
