Be proud of who you are, Don't let the haters get you down and if you can light your house blue or do something to raise awareness of autism and her brothers.

Also to all Christians enjoy Holy week as much as possible and if you are not religious celebrate the fact that you are able to use reason instead of violence to solve real life problems.

To non-autistics Don't annoy and DON'T hurt them in any way

Please?

Okay, everyone's going to hate me for this, but I just have to point it out since it's one of my pet peeves...
I'm not Christian, but I'm religious. This is because there are religions other than Christianity. For me, that religion is Neo-Paganism.

It's really Autism Awareness Day? That's great! Now I'm going to annoy all my friends by talking about it!

Haven't you ever noticed around christmas(read: shortly after mid-july these days...), when every store has their christmas stuff out on the shelves, they'll have signs up everywhere that say "happy holidays," and then the christians all complain and b***h about how there's supposedly a war on christmas, despite the fact that christmas starts earlier every damn year... It's because apparently for some reason, most chrsitians can't seem to handle the fact that christianity isn't the only religion in the world, so if someone says anything other than specifically "merry christmas," they get all pissed off. I think that's sorta what he was referring to... christians getting angry at any acknowledgement of non-christian religion.

I agree I think in terms of religion each religion is a pathway to God or Gods so for me Paradise has many many paths and this it coming from a Christian.

Thread has wandered off topic and is now talking about religion so I'm moving the thread from Autism discussion to PPR.

My SOP of recent years has been to stock up my shelves in late October, turn off the TV, disconnect the phone and play with my toys for the next two months.
So, no not really.
