It's probably very strict if one is Ultraorthodox, or Hasidic.

Salafist/Deobandist Islam, without a doubt.

Although very Orthodox Judaism is no doubt very restrictive in its own right.

Islam.

While Mosiac law still commands death for certain crimes, no Jewish sect I know of follows that teaching, nor has for a very long time.

Islam, however....
