After saying that a 14 year old was partially responsible for her 2007 rape by a teacher, this judge sentenced the admitted rapist to 30 days in jail. The child comitted suicide before the trial. His punishment: "publicly reprimanded for conduct dishonoring the position and the court's judicial system." He is still a judge; he plans to retire when his term expires in December.

Further ... the rapist is being re-sentenced per the Montana supreme court.

"The Montana State Supreme Court reversed the one-month sentence Yellowstone County District Judge G. Todd Baugh gave Rambold".
