Lately, it seems with the newer groups, mainly ISIL and this other one in Yemen, the men and one woman who murdered in France. have ties to AQAP, the focus has been on kidnapping and killing journalists. Could this be a new strategy for terrorists, who mainly, indiscriminately, murdered people without really caring who they were?

Are the new batches going to target more specifically and focus more on the press now or is it just a coincidence they are only going after members of the media at the moment and will continue indiscriminate attacks too?


And another question I have concerns Rupert Murdoch. He says muslims should be held responsible for terrorism...

Which sort of addresses the question of Muslims able to shift, as in, they seem fine one moment, then some of them get fed up for some reason and they want to join the Jihad. It happens. Shouldn't it be discouraged more and perhaps holding them responsible for this desire to join the Jihad will discourage them from doing it?
How do you know which Muslim will join the Jihad next?

Being held responsible is a very vague term though. How would society hold them responsible? By counseling them on reasons not to join? By helping them and supporting them more so they won't feel like they need to?

Not saying Murdoch is correct of holding innocent people responsible. How do we keep young people who may be frustrated at the pressure of just growing up from being attracted to the Jihad?

The best way to keep people from fighting back is quit killing them in their homes and villages to start with.
