The South Carolina House approves a bill to remove the Confederate flag, which is a part of American history, while allowing homosexuals to hijack the rainbow, which is a creation of God; what a degenerate, sick society we live in today.

Here is something for all of you to ponder: If The Charleston shooter had been waving the hijacked rainbow flag, Barack Obama would say, "Don't judge the group by the actions of one.".

Well, considering that homosexuals;
including the closest cousins of Human Beings; with 98.7% common DNA;
consistently, overall; AND common practicers of homosexual behaviors, too;
YES!, Homosexual Bonobos and Humans are natural
rainbow colors of GOD; SO it is ToTALLy
appropriate and proper
for PRIVATE
Gay humans
and or Bonobos
to fly a rainbow flag;
AS THEY ARE ALL
NATURAL DIVERSITY
AS PaRT OF
RAINBOW
diversity
COLORS
OF GOD;
AS SCIENCE
IRREFUTABLY
REPORTS,
AS IS FOR
NOW;
WITH THE
Caveat that
Science calls
GOD as Nature;
but one and
the same dam
thing anyway;
for anyone
with natural GOD
of NATURE
COMMON SENSE.

Anyway your point makes NO
SENSE AT ALL; AS THERE ARE NO
RAINBOW FLAGS FLYING AT GOVERNMENT
BUILDINGS EVER IN SOUTH CAROLINA TO TAKE DOWN;

THE Government is a group of elected officials; and they
are within their rights to make this decision; under
appropriate guidelines and instruction
of local and state government in SC;
and many other places around
the deep deep still
'old thoughts south.

So in other words;
they can stick
their tongue
out at ya;
and say boo
hoo..:)
but no; no
worries; gay
flag not going
up anytime soon;
@government BLDGS.
other than brightly
lit colors of rainbow
flag on white house lawn
and
main administrative
building; in love
of GAYS AND
BONOBOS
TOO..;)

It's the new age of LOVE;
AND U.S. FREEDOM baby; Love it or
there are
MANY
POTENTIAL
choices
for yA;
outSIDE of the
REAL BRAVE AND FREE!
WHO DO NOT CALL GOD'S
OTHER CHILDREN LESSER BEINGS
THAN
GOD..:)

GOD IS MORE FULLY SMILING
RAINBOW COLORS;
IN THE GOOD OLD
U.S.A., NOW;
JOIN IN
OR NOT..;)

BUT us truly free folks
who truly love what
the U.S. stands for
are loving every
moment of it
baby whether
we like to do the
wild thing with
the same sex or NOT;
I'm all about the girls;
but I am all about the
freedom under TRUTH AND
LIGHT EYES OF GOD AKA THE
REAL ILLUMINATI..:)

WHATCHA GONNA DO
ABOUT THAT
'GIRL FRIEND'..;)

THAT LAST part is meant
as a joke; if you don't
GET IT, Southern
boy..;)

It upsets you that people prioritize freedom of speech and expression above hurt feelings?

Considering the entire situation, what with the state senator being gunned down by a guy who waved the same flag in various photographs, it's an appropriate reaction from the state. People forget a man who worked in that state house was the victim of a hate crime. It would be callous and cruel to continuously fly the flag after the events that have unfolded as of late.

Considering the entire situation, what with the Iraqi farmer being blown into bits by a guy who flew in a plane with the same flag adorned on its side, it's an appropriate reaction from the country. People forget a man who worked on a farm in Iraq was the victim of "collateral damage". It would be callous and cruel to continuously fly the flag after the events that have unfolded as of late.

So, why is the US flag still flying then?

I think the decision to take down the flag is in the spirit of the first amendment, not in violation of it. Government bureaus don't get first amendment protection; that amendment is meant to protect the people from the government.

South Carolina simply exchanged one flag at its state capitol building for tens of thousands of flags throughout its state.

If some rednecks want to fly the flag on their own property, then that's their constitutional right. But it's inappropriate for that flag to be displayed over public (government) property.

Obviously it'd be nice if American citizens wouldn't show solidarity for a racist killer. But it's even worse when the government does it.

It's good that they finally did what they should have done 150 years ago. But why am I not surprised that most of the people in this thread are disagreeing with this? :?

I agree wholeheartedly. But, in my state, at least, several LGBT-friendly mayors order the Pride Flag to be flown over government buildings. Wouldn't this new precedence make doing so a little more scrutinized?

But the whole thing is, no one that I know of has ever killed anyone for the cause of gay rights, let alone for any civil rights movement. A far cry from racists who take human life to further their cause of white supremacy, and it's with this philosophy that the Confederate flag is associated with.
