Would the creation of a topic inviting WrongPlanet.net members to name suspected paid government trolls, and useful-idiot tools be a violation of the forum rules?

Stay on topic.

Are you a paid government troll ... or a useful-idiot tool?

Haha if you think I'm a paid government troll, well, even if it's not true, I take it as a compliment you sincerely believe my posts are good enough to merit monetary compensation...even if it's false.

Sorry to burst your bubble, AspieUtah, but these posts belong to no one but me and WP.com. No one is paying me for them. They simply aren't that interesting nor are they that good but thank you. Thank you very much :lol: :wink:

As long as the Delphi method holds out, right?

a) you're not a panel of experts, just one person.
b) I answered your first question, you've not done the same.

I support quid pro quo with people who haven't insulted or attack me, among others. Let me rephrase my previous statement: "As long as the Delphi method holds out."

I've only commented on how favorably you view Alex Jones' views, so I've done neither. gonna ask again in case you missed it the first time: Can I rename you "prez of Alex Jones' fanclub"?

Yes;

THAT WILL be considered a personal attack.

People name folks trolls here and receive admonishment for that from moderators, in the past.

It's not considered free speech here to actually personally attack anyone or accuse them as such.

But I'm guessing or hoping this is just a joke; huh;

As the Wrong Planet is nowhere on the map of the
reality
of bigger society.

That is why it is called the
Wrong Planet.

A place for the 'unwanted toys'
of culture who, overall, have
no substantial pArt
of it in real life
or
NOT.

Intelligence of the
Standard IQ variety,
can be a double
edged sword.

Been there done
the other edge;

too;

Of High
Standard
I.Q.
BLUES.

POETRY, is alive;
I choose poetry
over death.

But haha! people often accuse
me of being an employee of Autism
Speaks, here; just 'cause I DO NOT
accept the conspiracy theories
about THAT ORGANIZATION;

in great research and detail
to refute all the lies on that;

THAT type of thinking is
not beyond
the
WRONG PLANET,
EITHER.

I AM JUST A permanently
disabled person in their
underwear; locked in
their bedroom then,
for five years total;
passing time
with the
worst pain
known to
HUmankind AKA
the suicide disease;
type two Trigeminal
Neuralgia.

Now I live again;
and don't give a
crap whom or what
posts here, for now.

Yes it would be a violation. Here is the specific rule it violates:

Quote:
. Personal attacks.
This includes insinuation, ridicule and personal insults, regardless of whether direct or indirect. Attacking an opinion, belief or philosophy is acceptable, but attacking the person making the comments is not.

(from the rule sticky at the top of the subforum)

Naming specific people as suspected paid government trolls or useful idiot tools would come under the heading of insinuation.

Rules aside, however important WP is to the people who post here, there is no reason for it to be on any government radar. I am quite sure the government keeps a beady eye on a number of websites and forums. They probably took a good long look at Dylan Roof's post history, for example. But there is truly nothing going on here that would be of any plausible interest to the government.

If someone is really bothering online the best thing to do is ignore them.

I can't overemphasize how effective this is online. If any place this strategy works best it is online. Works really well with a consistent approach.

There reason why folk don't do it, is they invest too much on parts on their online life. If you have something outside of that you have less reason to let it bother you

I've had people who were irritants or harassing, you have to be as persistent and consistent as them. It is annoying, but not as annoying as it is for those that want the reaction.

I can't imagine that enough people post or lurk on the ppr forum to justify a govt paying plants to influence them. Anyway, people visiting political message boards usually have their minds made up about their beliefs.
