^^ I'd add no because if anyone sees my junk it'll be $20 whether they have it or not. That would be a lot of booking and collecting that I just don't want to have to bother with.

To be safe sex and being a pervert is the last thing on my mind when I use the rest room I just need to take a piss and a dump and wash my hands and get out, besides restrooms are dirty and filthy! If I am thinking about sex its at home online and looking at porn. People need self control in public places I mean any decent man or woman has the same incentive like just taking a piss or a dump and taking care of other personal hygene and being on their marry way!

but not everyone is like you.

tons of people have sex in restrooms. not all restrooms are dirty. they keep many here quite clean.

also even couples who live together try to hid that poop and the sounds they make. do you think you want your family or friends knowing you make that sounds. I bet women don't.

I think having sex in a public property is disgusting.

Exactly! :eew: My bathroom at home is cleaner than a public restroom!

What would be the point? To make rape easier? To need guards within the restrooms? Besides, I guess the guards would need to be female.

You're an autistic living in an NT world I suppose. Be open minded to their diversity from us and understand that what works for you won't always work for other people - in some cases, maybe many even, will work for other people far less often than not.

I think that bathrooms should remain segregated.

Most thoughtful companies that have the space have a "family restroom" in addition to the men's/women's restrooms, so parents do not need to bring their opposite-sex child into the main restroom. They are quite large to fit a number of children if a mom or dad has all the kids. It also takes care of handicapped accessibility. Transgenders could also use this restroom.

If we are going to change the system, it should be changed so that companies are required to put in a unisex/family restroom (which is for one user at a time.) It creates no problems, like making people feel uncomfortable using a restroom with people of the opposite sex.

BTW, *children* must be considered when any discussion of desegregating bathrooms. You think it might be awkward to have a woman look at your parts? How about a three year old pointing and saying, "Mom, what is that?"

I am not certain it would cause more rapes but it would be awkward. If rapes were to occur in restrooms, it would be relatively easy for them to occur the way things are now. They don't seem to attract it.

It'd be more awkward if a seventeen-year-old did it.

How much time have you spent around 3 yr olds? A 17yr old is not going into the bathroom with his or her mother or father (necessarily.) AND, what about the mortification of the parent???

I wouldn't be too worried about sexual assaults since I don't think segregated bathrooms are what deters criminal predators but real and perceived harassment would be the problem especially now in 2015 given such a broad definition of what that could entail. Somebody would see something they're not suppose to see or say something they shouldn't say and it could turn into something serious if the offended party pursued it.

I've liked the idea of more family bathrooms for a while

Quite a bit---though it's tricky, because they don't stay three years old for long.

Not necessarily, but some do.

Their business. May as well get mad at their seventeen-year-old and punish them somehow. Grounding probably won't work, because, if you've reached seventeen years of age and don't know what "that" is, chances are you've always been permanently grounded.
