As an antidote to modern political bickering, I thought I would serve up a slice of historical political bickering for good measure. 
These are two political rivals whose personalities clashed. It is fair to say their hated each other's guts, and weren't afraid to show it.
Which one do you prefer and why?
It is a given which one had the most electoral success. However who do you think made a better Prime Minister, and provide your reasoning.
I wouldn't go on their modern equivalent parties as they were quite different parties policy wise, even if there is historical connections.
Based on what you know, or through a bit of research make your choice.

I should mention, it is my intention to resurrect them from the dead so they can show the current political chancers how to have a good old political disagreement. 
We have Dizzy Rascal in in the red corner and Grand Old Man (or "God's Only Mistake" according to Disraeli) in the blue corner. Ding, ding!
