In 2016, Toddlers Have Shot More People in the US Than Muslim Terrorists Have

Donald Trump has made a big deal out of barring Muslims from entering the United States on the basis that some might be terrorists sneaking in to stage attacks. But the real front line in protecting Americans' safety may be much closer to home.

America's own playpens.

According to the Washington Post, our nation's nurseries are housing more than just unbearable levels of cuteness: Twenty-three people have been shot by toddlers in the U.S. since the start of 2016 — exactly 23 more than have been shot by Muslim terrorists over the same period.

Extend it a month or so and there was 14 murdered in San Bernardino not to mention the attacks in Brussels and Paris, the refugee crisis in Europe has brought terrorism along with along with a lot of other bad stuff and Trump's proposal at a temporary ban was in of this and the fact our FBI director said that they could not vet the people from these countries. If the US let in as many refugees as some leftists would want then we would have a new terrorist problem no doubt. This refugee concern has already been born out in the US with the Boston bombing as well as our Somalian population as well and this is just off the top of my head. The US would be very wise to not accept any large number of refugees from these terrorist harboring countries.

It's not about the death count.

It's about the fear Muslims cause.

They kill randomly.

Toddlers kill predictably (gun left out, single shot, family member killed).

The U.S. makes terrorists by starting wars in the Middle East. The U.S. also supplies weapons to terrorists and terrorist states. The U.S. is the biggest supplier of weaponry across the planet. If the U.S. wanted to stop terrorism the best way to do so would be to stop toppling middle eastern countries, stop supplying weapons to terrorists and terrorist countries. If the U.S. truly wanted peace on this planet it could happen, but it would first have to start with them halting their own actions that are the cause of much of the current unrest around the world.

I've been trying to do that, at least at my work, for years, but the boss won't go along with it.

We could always pump money into advertising for planned parenthood and reminding women of all the freedoms they give up by becoming moms. Fewer toddlers, fewer people killed by em. Sound logic. :)

Place one in a cockpit and see what happens.Countless cases of unmanaged toddlers putting cars into neutral and coasting them into buildings. They just haven't had a chance.

Three words that should never be in a sentence together.

That people view this is normal or predictable just proves how severe the problem is. It's time to admit that America has a gun problem.
