So the news is out, Netanyahu despite appearing to win a mandate in this year's election has failed to form a government leading to a second election being announced for this year in 3 months time on the 17th September.

So far the poll numbers don't look good for Likud. Benny Gantz too has seen stagnant numbers. However the more minor Arab parties have seen a surge leading to Netanyahu now being even with the opposition bloc in the polls. Could this be the end of Netanyahu's prime ministership?
