Well I am as Liberal as they come, and I've been taking a shower just about every day, at worst 3 showers in 5 days. Seems pretty clean to me. Also last time I saw my liberal sister and her boyfriend they looked quite clean and and showered as well. As well as my cousin...but on the other hand I have seen plenty of right wingers with questionable hygiene

Well, hippies are in the left wing and their attitude to hygiene is well known.
And I don't really care much about attractiveness of guys, but a huge proportion of the feminists seems to be doing their best to look incredibly ugly. Al those insane hair colors, lots of piercing, neglect of physical exercise and fat as the result.

Some prominent hippies, like Jerry Rubin, became conservatives.

Others, like Jerry Garcia, remained hippies till the end.

A lot of hippies did turn conservative, though this is easy to explain.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. A worldview is like a house. If a person's worldview does not have a solid foundation, that person is likely to change his/her mind later in life.

The hippies rejected science and reason in favor of quack alternative medicine and fruity "love" BS. In other words, they became liberals for the stupidest reasons ever. That's why so many of them changed.

The modern "liberal" SJW movement will likely suffer the same fate. The SJWs reject reason and insist that personal anecdotes are the only source of truth in this world. In other words, they have a very small and limited worldview. In other words, these "non-binary" adult children are probably going to grow into conservatives.

Me? I don't plan to become a right-winger any time soon. My political views are grounded in scientific and historical knowledge. I've made my choice and I'm sticking with it.
