I don't believe most Democrats want to ban guns outright. That doesn't make sense.

Many Democrats happen to hunt, too.

Pretty much all democrat politicians do and when I say republicans or democrats I mean politicians. Since the voters don’t mean or do anything. It’s politicians who make laws and policies not you or me.
That said most liberals do want to ban guns. And I’m sick of it.

From the Senate Judiciary Committee:

OCTOBER 26, 2018 --UPDATE: Avenatti Referred for Additional Investigation

WASHINGTON – Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley today submitted a second referral to the Justice Department and FBI following a news report yesterday that cast doubt on the veracity of allegations in a second sworn statement provided by Michael Avenatti to the committee.

Avenatti submitted an anonymous declaration on October 2, 2018, purporting to corroborate allegations raised by Julie Swetnick. However, according to yesterday’s news report, the declarant denied making the key allegations, saying that Avenatti “twisted [her] words.”

Grassley is referring Avenatti for investigation of potential violations of the same statutes noted in yesterday’s criminal referral. More on yesterday’s referral is available here.

The Left was prepared to advance any lie if it would delay the Kavanaugh case until after the midterms.

Strange how "the left" is now just one person. It does explain a lot though!

A new project from Kanye West and others: "Blexit" (Black exit from the Democratic Party):

https://blexit.com/

"BLEXIT is a frequency for those who have released themselves from the political orthodoxy. It is a rebellion led by Americans wishing to disrupt the simulation of fear. BLEXIT is a renaissance. It is our formal declaration of independence."

There is talk of a "Kavanaugh Effect" driving support to Republicans (or perhaps more accurately, away from Democrats).

I don't get what the dotard's supporters see in that fascist bully Kavanaugh, it is not like he will help them in their daily lives via favorable rulings regarding worker rights, voting rights for non-property-owners and the like. they have taken "the enemy of my enemy (colored folk, women, gays, Muslims, any outsiders at all) is my friend" way WAY too far for their own good.

Creepy Porn Lawyer...

Hmmm... Where did I hear that before? Oh. Right. Tucker Carlson. I'm not convinced of his objectivity.

Most liberals do not seek to have guns banned. Most would prefer to see stricter gun laws than there are now and banning certain weapons. Which, incidentally, is what a majority would like to see happen.

RCP shows US House race evening out.

Democrats 205
Republicans 201
Toss Ups 29

Democrats only need 13 of the 29 to take the House.

I don't think Democrats do it.

Because their constituency (minorities and young people) are notoriously bad at actually voting.

So, if it's close, then I think Republicans take it.

I said the same for Trump's election.

then I better take my pension now rather than wait for the GOP to steal it from me like they'd been discussing.
