While this news is about a week old, at least this NPR article gets its facts straight...

"As press secretary, Sanders was known for frequent clashes with frustrated reporters who often struggled to get answers to questions about the president's thinking on issues ranging from presidential pardoning authority to the role of the press. She was often called upon to defend shifting and conflicting statements from Trump, and as a result, often faced questions about her own credibility."

... unlike Ms. Sanders herself.

I would think her skills would be transferable to a job testing polygraph machines.

Well..

she certainly deserves some time off!

A year of putting lipstick on a pig, and giving liposuction to the pig, to keep that particular boss of hers looking good, had to have taken it's toll on her. Most of us would have cracked under the pressure long before this! May hats off to her doing the seemingly impossible for that long.

Exactly.

She is the spokesperson for the Trump Whitehouse. So her job is fend off the press and wall paper over stuff, and makes it all seem non-outrageaous.

What she did was reduce the press conferences from daily (previous presidents), to weekly, to monthly and now there has not been one for about three months, if I remember the time period right.

Isn't she the one who said that there shouldn't be a Special Olympics? If that's the case, she's a real witch.

I don't think so. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos wanted to cut funding to the Special Olympics.
