i would put a 100% tax on ammo, and a 1% tax on all financial transactions, the proceeds of both to go towards eliminating the national debt.

Know what I'd really want to change? I'd boot that dictator-loving president out of the white house, patch up our relationship with our TRUE allies, and cut off all ties with countries that would seek to hurt us like Russia, China, and North Korea.
