Not only will they be evicted, but they owe back rent too, so they may be sued for back rent.

Maybe even late fees with interest can be added.

Sanders has socialistic ideas. But he’s not a Marxist.

Calling someone like Sanders a Marxist is hyperbole.

I did a quick Google.
He is described as a social democrat.

However, :mrgreen:
I heard it said he was too leftist of the final nomination bunch, and it was believed that made him unsuitable.
So, in comes uncle Joe.
The man who was not Trump. 8)

That election will be remembered, in history, as: The anyone but Trump Presidential win. :mrgreen:

Biden was a compromise candidate. He’s a mainstream Democrat. He’s part of the “system.”

But I do believe he’s doing a better job with COVID than Trump would have—which isn’t saying much.

Biden to allow eviction moratorium to expire Saturday

From what I can see, Trump's SCOTUS has denied Biden the authority to extend the moratorium by executive order (my loose interpretation). Of course, as everybody hates Biden because he's not either The Donald or Bernie, I can't expect anybody to give him the benefit of the doubt.

So please carry on with your hand-wringing.
