My opponent in the election is a known homo sapien, and she has even studied to become a thespian. AND...she is on record as encouraging the young people of our state to indulge in....matriculation!

But on the other hand ...its not just regular folks getting things wrong.

Media, corporations, and government muddy up the language.

For example - the word "sanction". It means the exact opposite of itself. It can mean to allow something, or it can mean to punish something. And both politicians and reporters use the opposite meanings constantly without being the slightest bit bothered by it.

The Chinese are invading Taiwan's airspace! She would sanction that? And let them get away with it? Or should we...crack down and...SANCTION the bastards...with economic ...sanctions?

Use Political Jargon as Obviously that goes with the
