Isn't it amazing how quickly 'lucky' people like injustice?

So, I noticed a situation online... doesn't impact on anything major, unlike real-life politics, but I think it can be a useful analogy... where some kind of 'cabal' chooses candidates to be voted on... like some sort of filtered democracy (and in fact someone pointed out the similarity to the electoral college, suddenly in their eyes the most amazing thing ever to just disregard millions of votes... just because they lucked out and happened to be chosen)... the world is seriously so pathetic. It's, like, many that were simply not chosen for some obscure reason, and never told why, are likely too depressed to fight... but the few individuals who are more angry than depressed... are attacked by the chosen ones. Like, how idiotic can one be not to see that it's as likely for someone to have been chosen as for someone not to have been... especially if the process is as opaque as a rock. Ugh, this world, I swear...

As I read the OP, the meaning is that those people who happens to be favored in any aspect of their lives - happens to think that whatever system that caused them to be favored must be good.

- Except when the exact same system does not favor them.

To give you another example, but still within the meaning of the OP (I think):

We - you and I - both agree that if we cast the dice, when either of us get 2*6 the one who cast the dice gets $1000 in cash. And it has to be paid by the opponent. The rule happens to be that when you get 2*1 - you get $2000 - again the opponent has to pay.

You cast the dice, get 2*6 and I pay you $1000.

The I cast the dice and get 2*1. You have to pay me $2000.

The rules are the same. But now it's in my favor so you don't like the rules. You say it's unfair/injustice.
But you weren't complaining about the exact same rules when they favored you - when you got $1000.

That's the hipocrisy the OP is talking about. That's human nature. It is why I say humanity is inherently evil.

Ahh ... now I get it ...

It is like the saying, "When you are accustomed to privilege, equality feels like a threat".

Or maybe

A way to solve this age-old question of equality is UBI - Unconditional Basic Income.

It's not inequality itself that is bad. It is the fact that some people can enjoy life without having to work, when they demand that everyone else work so they don't have to pay too many taxes for welfare benefits.

This is the true injustice, because had those exact same people been born in poverty without any opportunities in life, they would most likely by a chance of at least 90 % be in favor of welfare and high taxation.

We need a system that actually provides a way of life without the need or obligation to work, yet still provide incentive to work and embetter their own life. A system based on personal choices rather than upbringing, inheritance, ethnicity etc.

The ideal society would be one with no inheritance for anyone. Not the rich. Not the poor. Nobody should be able to inherit money, property etc. It should be the same for EVERYONE. Both you, and me your parents and everybody else and everybody else's parents, families, the entire world. If only some should be ineligible for inheritance, it would only cause more unfairness/injustice so it needs to be the entire world.

Everybody should start from scratch. That's true egalitarianism. That's true Justice.

I find that aspie verbosity is not always tolerated in the NT world. It is better to start brief/succinct and then expand if prompted. Otherwise you lose the audience.

Would you take away a millionaires estate on death if they had only 1 million in investable assets and they had a child who was on the spectrum that could not work.?Contrary to popular opinion....the rich are the Americans that pay the most in taxes.The bottom 61 percent pays effectively zero income tax to the feds by some accounts and measures and estimates.The rich already pay more than their fair share.UBI would take up 100 percent of tax dollars collected so like the only way you would be able to finance it would be Papa Powell and the fed which would cause the dollar to lose all value.You could take away all the millionaires and billionaires money and it would not end poverty.LBJ tried to nd poverty and he failed big time.Jesus said you will always have the poor.Poverty will always be with us.

Yes.
Although a million isn't as significant as it once was, so there's probably a point in the near future where the first million would pass under whatever is considered a fair thresh hold.

Beyond that, currently wouldn't that person setup some sort of trust fund for the dependent you described?
But also, if an adequate social safety net exists that person isn't going to fall into poverty, but why should they be entitled to remain in luxury?

Ya one million used to be a lot bigger but say like a million would only be enough for 10,000 to 30,000 dollars a year worth of income for a young person and thats not counting a house.I dont think 10,000 to 30,000 a year in income in retirement income for life is luxury for someone in America.They are entitled to live in luxury because it is not the governments place to decide who gets to live in luxury and we will always have the poor.I can guarentee thhat.One saying amoung us finance bros is that all estate taxes is optional.

The state has every right to implement and collect estate taxes if laws are passed mandating them. They have every right to use taxation to adequately fund social programs even if that negatively impacts the ability to hoard wealth.

Yes. If the government took away millionaires estates and assets on death, it will have sufficient money to spend on helping the child who's on the spectrum, to provide better chances in life. It's called Welfare.

i'm Always Amused When Folks Cherry Pick Holy
Books to Justify the Actions of Not Helping The Poor

And Helping the Poor too, Depending on if it is the

Verse Where the Jesus Dude is Getting Expensive Oils

Applied to His Body By a Very Accommodating Woman

And Chances Are if He was Really a Heterosexual Man,

A Lap Dance, (Grinding Dance in a Metro Dance Hall)

or Something Like that Might Have Been

Included, After All 'He' Was Suggested

to Experience All That Humans

Experience Back Then For Yes
Highest Levels of Compassion

For Yes Other Humans, Since HE
was Human too; OF COURSE SINCE

Internal Studies of Christian Sects Like
The Catholic One Indicate Up to 58 Percent
Are of Homosexual Persuasion; Chances Are at

Least Some of the So-Called Apostles Were too;

Considering That Science Also Shows Homosexual Individuals

Arise Through Population Stresses And Hormones in the Womb

That Naturally Arrange For A More Supportive Human Individual to
Be Born Versus

One Who

is More

Apt to Reproduce Competitively
Yes With Another Reproductively
Oriented Member of the Species;

Yes, An Unmarried Man in 'that Day;
Would Have Been Seen as Very Low Status
As A Widow Or Unmarried Woman Would Have

Been Seen Even Lower on the 'Chosen Ones Status'

of the Social Hierarchy; However, Playing a Supportive

Role Like Applying Ointment and 'the Such', Surely A Possibility

For Both Man And Or Woman in 'Those Days too'; So, Sure, Since the

Catholic Authorities of the Past ages, Who Selected Mix and Match Scripts

for Inclusion in A Book That Finally Gained Verse Numbers in the 1300's, One

Will Find Verses to

Justify Just About

Every Nice, and

Naughty, And Violent,

And Raping, And Discriminating,

And Slaving Way That Human Still Has
the Potential to Do; Yes, The Entire Book
Does Aptly Describe What is DarK Thru LiGHT

About Human Potential For Real

As One Need Not Look Far Past the

Beatitudes of Matthew, Where an All Loving

Merciful God Man, Loving the Enemy Same As God

And Self and Neighbor, Turning the Other Cheek; Suddenly,

Reverses Course And Penalizes the Once Loyal Sheep Who Do Not

Feed the Poor,

Changing them

Into Goats And Burning

Them Forever With No Forgiveness,

Mercy, Or Any Love at All, JUST PURE
TORTURING HATE FOREVER AS JESUS

LITERALLY TURNS INTO A REAL DEVIL

WITH NO FORGIVENESS, NO MERCY, NO LOVE

JUST TORTURING THOSE WHO ARE NOT DO GOODERS

FOREVER

IN HELL;

ANYWAY, this aptly explains

Why 78 Percent of Republicans,

Many Who are Evangelical Christians,

So Easily Ignore THE FACT THAT TRUMP

HELPED INCITE A DEADLY INSURRECTION TO OVERTURN Democracy;

YES, FAIR ELECTIONS AND PEACEFUL TRANSFER OF POWER AGAIN
AS VALIDATED TRUE BY BOTH THE REPUBLICAN SENATE MAJORITY
LEADER AND HOUSE MINORITY LEADER, AFTER THEY WERE 'SCALDED

DOGS'

IN FEAR

OF LOSING

THeiR LIFE

BY TRUMP'S
INCITEMENT OF
THE INSURRECTION THEN....

Yet of Course Many of those Folks

Take a Gospel Truth that an All Loving
Merciful, Forgiving God, Tortures HIS
Creation Forever And Ever Amen

If they Don't Do

The Required

Do Gooding

And Feed The Poor
And Give them the
Shirt off their Back;

of Course, unless it is a Lovely

Woman Applying Expensive Oils

And 'The Such' In Lieu of Feeding the Poor....

Like the OP Originally Said; Ah, Ya Gotta Love

The Human Condition, While Applying a FRIGGING
FACE PALM FORREST GUMP THICK... Cray Cray is As Cray

Cray Does, Socially Accepted too; And i Just Dance And Sing

Cause i Feel like it too...

Cause i Choose

Too as i Am

A Clever Enough

Bugs Bunny Rabbit

And ChessHire Smiling KAT

To Yes Get Away with IT these
Days without Becoming a Scape Goat too...

Quite Frankly (FREDLY); i'm Genuinely Ecstatic That i am NOT
ONE OF THOSE CHOSEN ONES OF 'THAT KIND OF RELIGION';
Politics; And Yes,
Philosophy too...

-Judas

The 'Jesus
Christ Super Star'

Version; Yet, i Didn't

Literally Hang Myself and Come Back.

i Just Faded Away For 66 Months, Like The 'Dark Knight' in
the 'Batman Series', According to "Isaiah 53" (Joesph Campbell's
Hero Archetype), And i'm Having Way too much fun for Vengeance,

These Days

At

Least...

No Thanks, Hell NO;

NO THANKS TO BE

CHOSEN BY GROUP THINK;

ALREADY DID IT; DONE IT;
AND IT ALMOST KILLED ME DEAD;

NEVER, EVER AGAIN, i for one CHOOSE REALLY Loving FREE NOW.

OBTW, i'm Probably 'Richer' than 'The Money Man' in this Thread;

Just Because i Don't Need Any 'Special Ointments' or 'Services' to Be Rich Within...

It's Just How it Works,

And to Hell to Wherever

my Money Goes After i Go

From this Planet; For the Poor
Souls Who Might Come Under
The Illusion of What is No Real Value
At all in this Life of LOVE OR NOT FOR REAL;

i've Have Had Several Relatives Come into Large
Inheritances of Money, Blowing Tens of Thousands

of Dollars in Weeks Right Up in Their Nose; Including

My Step-Sister, Who Inherited 80,000 Dollars From my
Step-Mother And Only Lasted A Few Months Until the

Opportunity

For Dust

To Dust

Came Right up Her Nose...

Sad, Truly Sad; Give Both
Trump And Biden at Least
Credit for Not Falling to the
Disease of that kind of addiction at least...

Obviously, Both Men Are Addicted to Power;

One is Not as Selfish As the Other; Yet Both
Are Still Part of the Established Toxic Patriarchy indeed...

For It's True Every Religion That Calls God A 'HIM' As THeir

Chosen One

is Part of that

Human Power Pay

As the Gender that

Loves The Most is Accorded

As Unfaithfully Spiritually Inferior

As the Face Palm Forest Has Been This Sick And Thick For Centuries This Way Indeed

As Chosen Ignorance Away From What it Even Means to Be an Altruistic Loving Ape like

The Good Cop Version of Jesus; So Far away From the Hannibal The Cannibal Torturing

Forever (God/Devil) Version....

Again As Neuroscience

Shows, Humans Basically

Hallucinate Their Reality

As They Go Based on the

Stories They Create Within Before,

Together or Alone, Basically Anything

Would you take away a millionaires estate on death if they had only 1 million in investable assets

Well the government does not have the constitutional right to take away all of everybodies private property and wealthy and money.I would leave the country if that happened but I do agree taxes are needed.
