You can find Reddit posts after they've been removed via Google search. This person posted a Fox News article. It was down voted, and removed for violating standards that have nothing to do with the political bias of the poster.

I happen to think the discussion is good insofar as it puts the whole situation into perspective. The most succinct point was made by u/segvcore:
