The fight seen is exactly how it is trying to convince anyone. Desmet does say you can rarely wake someone up, just continue to speak out and be a dissonant voice to disturb the mass formation. No special glasses here.

Mass formation in action:

The mother in law of a friend lost sight in one eye after her third jab. The hospital told her she was nuts. The eye specialised said they were contacted by qld health and told to expect this side effect, as apparently its common. She works in aged health industry and won't get any more. Her son then told her off for not believing in the medical system and also called her a Trump supporter- whatever that means

An example of how deep this trance is. They make up a totally ridiculous condition called SADS to cover up the deaths from the vaccine. People awake to the lies have been warning about heart attacks and blood clots for a while. Still people will believe the media.

I do agree the governments are downplaying the sideeffects of the vaccines, but also the long term prognosis for people who have caught COVID (whether vaccinated or not). Eventually the entire population will catch COVID so its important to understand the actual consequences.

BTW the Germans were indoctrinated long before the 1940s.

There is no covid-19. This position would be falsified by the existence of an isolated sample of covid-19.
No Covid

Remember the weapons of mass delusion in Iraq? What was it 1-2m dead? Same people telling you about covid.

flamingshorts - there's a book I'm reading by George Hansen called 'The Trickster and the Paranormal'.

He's touching on the trickster archetype in everything from paranormal activity and research to the public attitude on the topic but is also making a case that the orderliness of the public Zeitgeist either takes a lot of free energy and pins down order with it or, at times up upheaval, uncertainty, transitions between one historical regime and another, that this energy both becomes up for grabs for those who know how to draw on it and also accelerates the collapse and adds to the general crazy in the environment for those who aren't consciously aware of it. In a way this seems like it follows on from the Princeton PEAR RNG studies and Global Consciousness Project findings and attempts of study of it 'in the wild' as humans and political and economic situations are concerned.

None of these exist:
Weapons of mass destruction in Iraq
Covid-19 virus
Insurrection at the capitol
QAnon
Climate change
Far-right in any meaningful form
Planes on 9-11
etc

Do you see the pattern?

What does exist:
Mass formation hypnosis
Massive vaccine deaths and injuries

The tools and parameters I use moderate me more in both directions.

For one I consider that while power, such as which Putin's political structure pushes down on Russia, he's got the whole thing electrified in place as well as the news media spouting state propaganda 24/7, it starts looking more and more like a caucasian DPRK. It's a conspiracy in the technical sense in that power relations are so optimally leveraged that no one can do anything about it - not the oligarchs, not the military. At the same time it's open and in plain sight, people might be terrified to say anything that goes against the narrative because they don't want to be hauled off by the FSB but the situation can be seen and understood even if it's not the easiest thing to do.

Simple event conspiracies are possible in the west because the number of moving parts needed is lower. While I don't personally buy that 9/11 was an inside job I do see where one could argue that feet could have been dragged on the importance of the planned hijackings that lead to the four plane crashes that day, particularly if it were on a national priority list that we needed an excuse for military campaigns in oil-rich countries. Not saying that I've seen persuasive evidence, rather that this would be the least-unlikely scenario.

Covid is where people lose me. I do think there's a lot of evidence that this was US-based gain-of-function research that got banned and outsourced to China, particularly Wuhan. Humans are messy, it got out, China didn't want to take the hit alone so they locked down flights within China from and to Wuhan but they let anyone leave Wuhan to other places in the world who wanted to so they wouldn't have to take the brunt of it alone. Yuri Deigin actually set out to debunk the Wuhan lab leak hypothesis as a conspiracy theory and his research actually lead him to the opposite conclusion. The idea however that there's no such thing as Covid or that it never existed, one needs to know absolutely no one who had it, or at least believe that there was some other bird flu going around with a much weaker profile. That story, all of the action around it, got out into the public in such a diffused manner that there's no way for all the nurses to come home (when they could) and tell their families just how bad things were going at the hospitals. This is so wide that there's no top-down electrocution of character possible, or at least if it were locally applied it's the kind of thing that would already have thousands of whistle-blowers the moment the pressure was back off, and trying to even make that happen would be profoundly expensive (the 'evil' and kleptocratic in this world don't have infinitely deep pockets - as much as they might wish they did). I've seen a lot of people suggest that there was suppression of generic drugs in favor of Pfizer and Moderna jab rollouts and that they hijacked the pandemic for profit - to that end, while I'm sure the incentives went just fine in that direction if they could have managed it, I also see where the claim that Ivermectin as a prophylactic was the answer fell flat, at the same time there was some signal from Fluvoxamine but not enough to try and stop the epidemic with antidepressants.

For the paranormal - low profile psi seems to have relatively strong evidence. The Ganzfeld experiments are something that even Suzanne Blackmore and Caroline Watt have to say is a mystery. PEAR and Global Consciousness Project along with ancillary experiments seem to suggest a kind of low level 'free energy' in the way that we organize reality and that seems to suggest that something does go on at the public level. I mostly find that interesting at the ontological, social, and political levels because I do often wonder, particularly as well as I think Donald Hoffman's conscious realism fits my own read of paranormal phenomena, that we may be seeing a lot of egregore activity in politics - and that fits something similar to the subhuman 'superorganism' that Nate Hagens and others talk about in terms of the human hive-mind.

I think this is where in both cases though, whether conspiracy theories or paranormal, similar tools can be used to filter out extraordinary claims while not automatically dismissing the claims that fall within realistic structure of human competition. Darwinian game theory is probably the easiest tool to apply because, really, politics and power plays all around the globe are a constant churn of conspiracy but all of which really only survive inside their own originating institutions (if they even manage that well). The question is - if something really outlandish happened, like fake everything, being able to explain how exactly enough people could be lined up (without whistle blowers) to generate a Truman Show for the public. The paradox Russia is sort of living in a Truman Show, but at the same time, with power being so obvious, it's a pretty open secret.

I don't speak Russian so don't have enough analysis to say. However East German's have said propaganda and lies in the media are worse in the west than it ever was in communist East Germany. They say it's exactly the same propaganda but they knew not to believe it. Heard the same from Chinese under CCP. Some say projection, accusing others of what you are doing, can occur subconsciously. Subconsciously the "free world" is protecting it's collective mind by accusing others of falling for propaganda.
There is certainly a different vibe on Russian TV Russia on Greta Thunberg Listen to the man at 5:21.

I agree governments all use propaganda (it's a convenient tool) but the intended outcomes are not the same. You can't deny the existence of a pandemic as that would require collaboration across current enemies (namely China, Russia and the USA) which seems preposterous.

So there's a guy running around out there on the sociology front, you may or may not have heard of him, named Jonathan Haidt. He's been front-and-center in warning people about what the path from helicopter parenting to then the disastrous effects of social media on pubescent children, especially girls, has been. He set up an online institution for academics called Heterodox Academy, the goal is to have a network of professionals in academia who can help one another out when it comes to the administrative class at the colleges destroying the atmosphere of open inquiry, institutional disconfirmation of ideas (ie. biases, as a given everyone has them, cancelling each other out), and I think maybe five years ago he mentioned having something like 1300 academics in his organization, it could be over 2,000 by now.

He has a journalist that he's said a lot of good things about named Jonathan Rauch. Rauch published a book back in 2021 titled 'The Constitution of Knowledge: A Defense of Truth'. The one thing you have to be careful with on Rauch, while he has a lot of good ideas, he is anti-Trump and wears it on his sleeve (in a similar way to which Sam Harris does). That caveat aside I've watched some of his lectures on the issues we're having right now and he's brought up the specifically Russian tactic of 'flood the airwaves with BS', and mentioned that Steve Bannon was quoted saying something very similar during Trump's campaign. The main reason I'm bringing this up - Yuri Bezmenov (KGB defector) in his 1984 interview with Ed Griffin, talked about exactly this strategy of disinformation being a tool that the KGB used. The idea wasn't necessarily to get people to believe all of the propaganda but to flood the airwaves with so much falsehood that people would just give up, get cynical, not trust much of anything, and from that point - with people having given up - there would be less resistance to things they wanted to do which would have received resistance with a well-informed populace.

I think for the most part we're getting that kind of 'airwaves flooded with BS' for slightly different reasons. On one hand we have massive polarization in the country, not only no better in Washington DC in the US but it looks like for as much as Bannon might have used some of these tactics the Democratic party made up a show trial that sucked up a couple years of the presidency and ultimately didn't prove the allegations. Lying and weaponized disinformation, at least in practice, is something anyone or any group can do once they figure that their opponents are 'deplorables', incorrigibly ignorant, not worth debating or even explaining their ideas to, and it becomes a race to the bottom in terms of information warfare.

The long-view story that I'd really tell on this is something to the following effect:

Something happened in 1973 where wages and productivity decoupled. Productivity kept going up, wages didn't keep up, and that gap grew steadily from that point onward. One can maybe talk about capital innovation as part of it, doubling the workforce or more by not making gender exclusions might have been part of it, going off of the gold standard might have in some way increased inequality with the fiat system working the way it does. The main thing is that people have been having a harder and harder time keeping their heads above water. In a way the 2008 mortgage crisis was a climactic breaking point in the neoliberal order, some guard rails were put on mortgage issuance that helped prevent a perfect replica of that situation recurring, but this is where the general public really came to see that there were two sets of laws - one for Wall Street and another for them. As they were having an increasingly harder time paying their bills and seeing inequality grow - this is where populism (not just in the US but across the western world really) kicked off more in the 2010's.

Both Jonathan Haidt's work and Tristan Harris's work (ie. The Social Dilemma) point out the side effects of social media's monetization structures - where fighting, disinformation, and general tribalism drove more on-site engagement and was better for advertising revenue. It also came to the fore that two different people could put the same search terms in Google Chrome and get different search results based on their interests. The degree to which online media and even search engines cater to people's personal interests means that these services are carving up reality and making it much more harder to track when each person is being fed either their own version of it catered to their preferences or, worse, algorithms are feeding them increasingly 'extreme' variants of what they're already watching or reading to enhance lymbic hijack and thus increase the amount of time that the person spends consuming media on their site.

This is where I think the big problem in the west is organic game theory problems in business models which are destroying the epistemic commons. In places like Russia, DPRK, or China, the epistemic commons are being throttled in a much more top-down manner. While it's been cited often that our intelligence services feed certain stories to our main networks (eg. FOX, CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC) the most notable and obvious problem is that these news sources are customizing the viewing experiences and view-points offered based on what their viewing demographics will like or dislike based on where they are on the political spectrum. The goal isn't to accurately inform them, it's to keep them watching so the advertisements between news sections have a more fertile place to land.

The argument to be had there, perhaps, is that the might need to find a way to have an independent 4th estate that can serve its function without having funding twist the quality of their output into something like a suit, tie, and business dress offboarding of Twitter.

You are at the fork in the road. What I many are saying sounds preposterous until you see how it has been done.

Not only China, Russia and the USA but many other countries. And not only countries but all sides of politics in those countries. And the media. And all kinds of prominent people including entertainers. People trust celebrities and we can't have any of them going rogue.

It would also need to be inter generational because you couldn't set that up in one generation.

Here is Billy Joel mocking you by shoving it in the face of the gullible public. Look at that, evidence of Freemason infiltration going back to Marilyn Monroe at least. And we have Red China, Joe McCarthy and Joseph Stalin so the Freemasons are global and playing both sides.
Billy Joel - We didn't start the fire.

But it is not just Freemason but Freemason Demolay, young Freemasonry. Someone doesn't join the masons at 40 and become their country's leader. You have to be born into it, educated at a Freemason Demolay connected school. It is like an aristocracy.

Here Karen Brewer explains it:
Karen Brewer - Why Prominent Silence

This is the speech of Senator Bill Heffernan (perhaps the last honest politician in the country) to which she refers: Senator Bill Heffernan

More Karen Brewer, just look with open eyes, think about it:
Freemason Demolay Control Everything

Everyone you see hear and read:
Deep State Puppets
Altiyan Childs Winner X-Factor 2 Australia

Not every world leader was corrupt, any patriotic ones have to be eliminated John Magufuli - President of Tanzania - Tests the PCR test, Magafuli had two doctoral studies in chemistry. The fake factcheckers say he was a crazy man that died of covid. Another patriot was Muammar Gaddafi. Lockerbie bombing was deep state to discredit Gaddafi. World leaders are either traitors or targets.

Yes there are other connected groups like Jesuits but just deal with what can be seen. Now what seems preposterous becomes feasible.
