“I will do whatever it takes to ensure that Donald Trump is never anywhere near the Oval Office, and I mean it. I love my country more,” she said. - Liz Cheney

Personally, I think if his bone spurs were so severe that it prevented his military service, that should also exclude him from being Commander In Chief.

Really? We'll still have the same corrupt corporate state that made it possible for Trump to rise to power. That sounds like a fairly small accomplishment.

I'd rather not have a "corporate state."

I like, very much less, a "corporate state" with Trump as Grand Poobah.

There's lots of Swamp to drain around Trump and his people.

Maybe to you, but it seems a fairly significant accomplishment to me if someone’s able to keep that orange wannabe dictator from overthrowing the US gov’t and seizing power of America and its military for his own delusional uses.

Thankfully they’re all about to start going to jail one by one. 8)

You're going to need to study history. We are basically in the late stage of empire, replicating the model that destroyed most empires throughout history. Getting rid of Trump is a small victory at this point.

One small victory at a time is all it takes. 8)

Maybe what occurred previously “led to Trump.”

One could say that the hyperinflation and other economic woes “led to Hitler.”

Do these factors lend credence to having Trump and Hitler as leaders—or must we get rid of those types once they emerge?

If Trump runs in 2024, I think Liz Cheney could gum up the works for him by running against him in not just the Republican primary, but also as an independent if he gets his party's nomination.

I truly don't understand why a state like Wyoming.....seemingly filled with people with common sense....would go for the person endorsed by Trump.

This Trump Phenomenon is rather troubling to me.

Liz Cheney is as Western Conservative as they come.....

Nixon did Watergate.....and he didn't get away with it.

Trump did Watergate x quite a number......and people seem totally oblivious to this fact.

Apparently they aren't as sensible as you think they are. Same for all of trump's cult members And all those that elected him in 2016 - so, Americans in general are not as sensible as we'd like to think they are.
