Connery, Lazenby and Moore were the best, with an honourable mention to David Niven in the original Casino Royale.

People posted in it, and there was debate, more so than usual. There just happened to be some flaming along aside it. Your speech was disproportionate, and you didnt actually have the authority to say what you said. All that was needed is a nice speech asking people to behave.
