Not true about the cover thing. It was reported on the blog Joystiq shortly after the cover was first made public. I believe the final cover does not feature the sparkles, and anyway who knows if it was intentional.

Wow. . . I don't think I've ever been subjected to so much stupidity on one webpage before, nor have I been offended on so many levels at the same time.

The people who actually think this way are overestimating children.
I can't make out at all what would make them think this even after looking at the page.

Um - Landover Baptist Church is a joke. It exists only on the Internet, and was originally established to mock creation-science types. This is an extension of their odd brand of humor.
