I'm relieved to hear they are still arriving, because I have not received mine, yet, and thought I was just out of luck.

There is literally no recourse if you don't get it. The last $600 you can reportedly get back in taxes, but the $1400? If the tool says it doesn't know where your money is, or if you are even eligible, then you are SOL.

Email your congressperson. I don't know if that'll work, but it's worth a shot.
