trumpy drops broad hint that he will ignore judicial orders

trumpy dismissed the latest judicial slapdown (over his gov't funding freeze) with the comment, "No judge should, frankly, be allowed to make that kind of a decision.” so what I want to know, is- what happens if trumpy orders his justice department Marshalls to stand down if a judge orders his arrest over his refusal to obey a judicial order?

Am amazed , he did not just find away to get him charged with some TRUMPed up phoney charges and accidentally deport him.? ......Ignoring Judicial orders generally are a very bad sign for anybodys government....!

Trump is being open about his willingness to destroy rule of law. America's decent into dictatorship is happening before our very eyes but just like frogs being boiled everyone's just passively allowing it.

The independence of the judiciary is very highly regarded here and if judges feel the Constitution is being violated they say so in their decisions.

I think it's too easy for just anyone to become president of the US just because he's a billionaire but no mental capacity or other tests are done. Such tests are done to acquire driving licences or firearms but not suitability to run a major country

With a strong independent Judiciary, he probably won't get very far. In South Africa, Jacob Zuma also made similar comments about the judiciary when it prevented him from doing what he wanted but the system didn't break down, fortunately.

People are too afraid of the consequences to do what's right.

Here's hoping the US judiciary remains strong and independent. I wouldn't count on it though.



It only takes one person to take action.
