Hebrew word for young woman of marriageable age -- almah. (transliterated)
Almah is the word in Is. 7:14

Being that true, the issue is that practically in Isaiah 7:14 almah would be seem as equivalent to b'tulah, considering that a young woman of marriagable age had to be a virgin in the first place, otherwise it wouldn't be acceptable, it is interesting to see the difference of words though, but practically the message doesn't seem to be affected by which word could be used, given that from the cultural context, one could say that, "virgin" = "young woman [which had to be 'pure'] of marriable age".
