Well at least she'll be too ugly to attract a mate, thus sparing any man from the misfortune of getting into a relationship with this psycho.

Maybe she'll attract an ugly mate and they'll have little psycho kids

I would feel very embarrassed if I were here. She got tons of money in charity, sympathy by her community, and a spot on Oprah. I bet Oprah was planning on helping pay to repair her face. I'm still wondering if people will want their money back, or if they're going to prosecute her for making the police search for no one basically. On the flip-side of the coin, I hope that she wasn't telling the truth and then the police pressured her into saying the whole thing was a hoax because they couldn't find anyone. I don't know the whole story, but I'm still fairly speculative about it. Hopefully things get sorted out, for her and for her community.

That's sad. She must have some very serious personal problems.

Beats faking a terminal illness for attention I guess. Maybe she hated being pretty, or maybe she thought she was extremely ugly so a scarred face is no change in her percieved appearance in her mind. It's either some sort of Munchausens/looking for attention thing or a body dysmorphic thing.

You'd have to have serious issues in the head to do something like that. She probably has a psychatric disorder of some kind.

I think it's pretty sad myself.

I heard it on the news too. There are people though that have been shot in the face.

This happened not far from where I live. I am shocked people can do these things to themselves.

She's obviously a very sick individual to do something like that to herself.

what she did to herself hurts my heart she needs to be prayed over.

She's gonna need a LOT of help when she recovers; I doubt she'll ever receive it though.

She is not a ugly women. We need to ask ourselves why does she hate herself to that extent she hurt herself and to make sure we never get to where she is at.

This - along with those who fake cancer or have 14 babies, etc. - is just a cry for attention. She will not like the attention she will getting after the deception is revealed, however it is unlikely to stop her from creating more drama unless she gets help - but only if she wants help.

Probably mental too.
