Probation? seriously?

surely they have to face some jail time for manslaughter? how can you leave a person in a car for 5 hours in summer heat??? maybe they could be left in a car for a 1 hour at 100 F and see how they like it!

An hour in a hot van and life in prison seems like a great punishment.
