The NY Times also had the same story about a week ago.

My brain could use a few changes, so I need to do this with more regularity.

Similar things seem to pop up all the time.

I don't see no harm in restating though.

Meditation is free and proven to be good for you!

A lot of the measured brain effects seem to correlate almost directly with areas of the brain that autistic people tend to have problems with. Anxiety and rigidity (decreased amygdala mass) overly logical (increased right hemisphere density) attention, learning and memory (forebrain) etc. etc.

I think that hypnosis is a pretty awesome tool too.
