HOW do you brush your teeth in space?

Wouldn't the toothbrush end up your nose and the toothpaste filling up your eyes? Where's the water needed go?

When I was in Space Camp as a kid, they said they had special toothpaste to swallow. But I think he's using regular toothpaste.

The guy a Space Camp said it made him sick when he swallowed regular toothpaste. But I have to admit, I'm not willing to try that experiment.

What makes brushing your teeth particularly difficult in that situation? The hardest part should be spitting out the stuff without making a mess, but they’d have to deal with a similar problem just to wash their hands, let alone to use a toilet.
