http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/09/1 ... lp00000592 - ..remarks. The character limit wouldn't let me put that word in, but that's what happened to this 19-year old guy who was running for state assembly in Wisconsin, he said some racist epithets. *facepalm* What is wrong with some of our young people?!

A young republican who spouts racist stuff on FB...how shocking!

If you listen to our young conservatives here in Australia on social media you'll see the same usual crud they post
- cut taxes
- stop illegal immigration
- national (Australian) values
- team Australia (you are with us or you are against us)
- non-whites are responsible for all the problems in the country....

^ I guess it's true, amongst young conservatives either in America or the land down under, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

While it's only right that young adults can vote, carry on political discussions, and run for office, but the fact remains, many young people don't have the maturity to censor their basest thoughts.

This is true, younger brains are more impulsive. What matters, though, is the insight you gain from listening to their unfiltered thoughts as a window into the values of their parents and peers in the conservative establishment.

This isn't limited to young adults.

Yeah, it takes a while to learn not to call a pig's ass pork.

I started seeing the error in my democrat parents' ways in my early teens and started going the opposite direction.

:?:
So it's okay for people to let loose with any offensive and ugly thought in their heads, regardless of the consequences?

They haven't yet learned how to keep it bottled up inside them is what I was talking about. Just you're having a beef with what you thought I said makes me want to go out in public and say offensive and ugly things just because.
