I think that might be the number that Stephen Fry mentioned - I note that 616 adds up to 13, which has traditional negative associations.

Another thing that Mr Fry mentioned was that Revelation was written on the Isle of Patmos, and that hallucinogenic mushrooms grow there in abundance.

Btw, what a cute dragon on that website - makes me feel all cuddly.

I thought the cake looked quite cool, to be honest.

Having done some reading on the darker side myself, haven't found anything to point towards 666 being a negative number.

Of course not!

666 is a positive integer!

Which just goes to show that numerology is based on ignorance!

Here, let me teach you something useful, kid: An integer is any number without a fractional component. Thus, "2" is an integer, while "2.5" is not. An integer can also be negative.

It surprises me that you didn't know what an integer is, seeing as how numerology relies on integer values only, and not on fractions; but then, numerology is not a science.

Just pointing out your unintended pun.

This thread reminded me of When the Man Comes Around. This is the best vocal version I could find, but the images are disturbing.

But, seriously, Costco is evil.

They retracted the article "A thorough review of the facts has found it does not meet the Inquisitr’s standards on multiple fronts, including accuracy and disclosure. As such, the editorial and management teams of the Inquisitr offer a full and frank retraction of the piece"

Classic Stones! Mick Taylor was the best guitarist they ever had -- even if he didn't really fit the image of the band all that well.
