Holy moly, they defecated everywhere, stole a whole bunch of crud, ruined ancient archaeological items, left a whole bunch of crap behind. It's like they were moving in permanently or something. There was definitely no military discipline here, no matter how much these bozos thought they were like a military force.

Ruining ancient archaeological items treasured by the enemy can be a good way to undermine their morale.

I think it'll have the opposite effect here. People are pretty mad about this and the feds have a lot of options they can choose from.

I wonder what state that abandoned old Lincoln Town Car was from. The license plate is NOT Oregon, Idaho, or Nevada. Illinois or Ohio, maybe? I wonder if that's the ride of that loony from Ohio who was the last guy to surrender, after ranting incoherently for hours. I guess he couldn't leave because his POS car died. As for the rest of it, it sure doesn't look like something real soldiers would do. I don't think any of them actually served in the military. The Paiutes must be pretty pissed over the desecration of their ancient sites. One pic looks like the occupiers dug a latrine.

They were indeed idiots for what they did but being an idiot should be a death sentence, what they did at Bundy ranch had meaning and their occupation didn't.

Should be or shouldn't be?

Make 'em pay for damages - - after they've been secured in prison.

Looks like the 1980's California plates, maybe? It looks like the right era town car, too...

I hope they remain in prison for a long time and have to pay it all back. These types of people are just messed up and need to be shown what respect is.

I followed the story of the "occupiers". They are literally terrorists that were given gentle names by the media.. which was so stupid.

Taking a building over with GUNS is terrorism, period. It's sickening how many media outlets didn't cover the story. I still don't know why it had to be played down like it wasnt a big deal. Was the government that afraid others would do similar acts of terror? Just didn't want to give the idiots attention? Thought they would just leave if the press ignored them? or what?

These so called "ranchers" have sponged off the government and thought they could take over a building. Now they should pay!

Yet another advantage of destroying ancient archaeological items: even if you're caught, no matter what they do to you, there's simply no way to make you repair the damage. It's permanent and will be a perpetual reminder of how you boldly refused to respect your enemy's heritage and couldn't be stopped. It'll forever remain as an indelible stain on their dignity.
