I haven't been to a march since the lead up to the war in Iraq, and even that was purely accidental. On an unrelated trip downtown I just merged with the multitude. I've never been much of a joiner. I'm very left leaning politically, but I have very few places to share my views. The few people that I have been close to in recent years have all been right-wingers. Sad, but true. Once their political views came to the surface I let the relationship drift. They remain my friends, but...
