Actor Ron Glass dead at 71

Ron Glass who was a leading perform in the Barney Miller T.V. series and who played Shepherd Book in Firefly died this last Friday (Nov 25). I enjoyed his performances.

I grew up with Barney Miller, and very much liked Ron Glass' character of the cop who was an aspiring writer, his book, Blood On The Badge (or BOB, as he called it), and the porno he directed under the direction of the police department(!). He will be sincerely missed.
